About Providence Christian Academy
Founded in 1997, Providence Christian Academy (PCA) is a thriving PreK–12 independent school located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, just southeast of Nashville. With an enrollment of over 780 students, PCA offers a Christ-centered, classical education rooted in a biblical worldview and committed to the formation of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
PCA partners closely with families to cultivate students who seek God’s truth, think deeply, and live purposefully. The school’s approach is shaped by three enduring pillars: a Christian worldview, classical methodology, and wholehearted parental partnership. These principles are evident across all facets of school life—from rigorous academics and meaningful discipleship relationships to robust arts, athletics, and leadership programs. PCA is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and Cognia and is a candidate school with the Council on Educational Standards & Accountability (CESA).
