Director of Enrollment Management

St. Bernard Academy (Nashville, TN) seeks an experienced Director of Enrollment Management to lead the school’s recruitment and retention efforts. This role advances the mission of St. Bernard Academy by developing and executing a comprehensive enrollment strategy that attracts and retains students in levels Pre-K3 through 8th grade. The Director of Enrollment Management oversees all aspects of the admissions process, fosters relationships with prospective and current families, and collaborates with school leadership to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience that supports long-term student retention.
